The following chefs have committed to preparing dishes using ingredients from vendors at the Kalamazoo Farmers' Market:

• James Chantanasombut, Kalamazoo College

• Robb Hammond, Food Dance

• Shaun Robinson, Kalamazoo Public Schools

Due to the local, fresh nature of this dinner, we won't know the specific ingredients and dishes that will be served until the day of the event. But we do know that there will be appetizers, bread, salad, vegetarian and meat main courses, and dessert.

 

Two beer/wine vouchers are included with each ticket purchased, and a cash bar will also be available. Gorilla Gourmet will be serving berry lemonade, Water Street Coffee Joint is providing iced tea, and there will be hot coffee and tea from a local vendor available.
